Store Opening News
Great News!!!! We are opening our store from Monday 1st June. Due to the importance of keeping both our staff and customers as safe as we possibly can we are opening with 'appointment only' shopping.

Throughout the closure, we have been working hard to make sure our store is as safe as possible for customers and staff. We now have social distancing signage, hand sanitiser stations on each floor and are making available a specialist spray for sofas, beds and other upholstery that cleanses that item once it has been ‘tried’ by a customer. In addition, we are also launching an individual appointment system and ‘virtual walk around the store’, again bookable by appointment. Contact us for more details on this or check on our website.

Added to this, the location of our store means that our customers will benefit from lower congestion than might be found on a busy retail park or shopping centre. In our experience, customers seeking to purchase large household pieces tend to do so on an annual, rather than weekly basis, so our expected footfall is significantly lower than is found in numerous other retail outlets. This makes it straightforward for us to implement social distancing measures without great disruption to staff or visitors in-store. Our large floor space across out 5 floors also helps in this regard.

COVID 19 - Temporary Store Closure
As you are aware from the Prime Minsters announcement to us all on Monday 23rd March, due to the ever spreading Corona-virus, for all our safety non essential stores had to close. We closed with immediate effect. We have contacted our customers that were out for delivery this week, apologised for letting them down BUT their safety is as important to us as all our staff and we would not put them at harm. All customers have been amazing, thank you so much for you kindness, understanding and warm words.
